Biography

EDISUN is an American Rock Band that rocks as hard as any. Hailing from New York & Connecticut, the band has built a strong following domestically as well as international following attributed to their performances for the troops in over 20 countries, with multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Signed to EMI from 2010-2013 EDISUN has toured the USA multiple times from coast to coast playing sold out clubs and hitting the largest festivals. EDISUN has been interviewed by Dan Patrick multiple times. They have had great success with song placement on MTV, ESPN, PARAMOUNT PICTURES, and SONY has front loaded songs from EDISUN on all their 2012/2013 MP3 players.

 The son of an NYC playwright, lead singer Ethan Isaac selected his remaining EDISUN brethren for many reasons. Bassist Michael Russo brings his unique tone, complementary background vocals. Drummer Todd Budich is the embodiment of passion and precision. And guitarist Joel Kelly is the perfect fit with steadiness and technical ability to complete EDISUN’S lineup.

Their follow up EP to their to their self titled debut album will come out early 2014, headed by their new single “Kill Me With A Kiss” mixed by Ron St. Germain (Muse, 311, Soundgarden) and signing a new label deal with Sono Recording Group/Spotify.

With a new label deal with SRG, new EP and national tour in the works. EDISUN is headed out to China for a three week tour and in and out of the studio finishing up the last few new tracks. Their experience touring created an aurally rich, musically diverse style that reflects the universal hunger, creativity and vulnerability of youth.
